About the company
A herbal & agro industry for Nepal’s far-west
Radhakrishna Herbal & Agro Industries Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated on 22 July 2026 as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2006. From a processing unit in Dhangadhi, Kailali, we work across the full medicinal-plant and forest-product value chain — collection, farming, processing, packaging, branding and trade.
Our story
Built close to the herbs it processes
Sudurpashchim Province and the wider Himalayan mid-hills hold a remarkable diversity of medicinal and aromatic plants — Timur, Jatamansi, Chiraito, Satuwa and many more. For decades most of this has left the region as unprocessed raw material.
Radha Krishna Herbal & Agro Industries was founded to change that pattern. By locating distillation, extraction and milling capacity in Dhangadhi, we can buy directly from growers and collectors, process quickly to protect quality, and ship a finished, branded product.
The company is promoted by Tul Bahadur Thapa Magar and is registered with the Office of the Company Registrar under registration number 396770/83/84.

Our mission
To convert Nepal’s medicinal, aromatic and forest resources into high-quality, well-branded products — creating stable demand and fair income for the farmers and collectors who supply them.
Our vision
A recognised far-western herbal brand whose essential oils, extracts and herbal goods are trusted in domestic and export markets, and whose supply chain strengthens rural livelihoods and sustainable harvesting.
What guides us
Principles behind the business
Value addition inside Nepal
Nepal exports large volumes of raw herbs at low prices. Our purpose is to process, brand and finish those materials here, keeping more value with local growers and collectors.
Traceable and legal sourcing
Forest products are collected under the applicable permits and through community forest user groups, with documentation from collection point to finished batch.
Quality you can specify
Drying, grading and batch control mean buyers get a consistent, specification-driven product rather than a variable raw commodity.
Shared growth
Training, technical advice and fair pricing for farmers, cooperatives and forest user groups are part of the business, not an add-on.
