Jacketed extraction vessels with pressure and temperature gauges for controlled batch processing of herbs.
Pulverising & milling
Hammer mill and pulveriser line with cyclone separation to produce consistent, food-grade herbal powders.
Wood & bark chipping
Heavy-duty chipper to size down Timur wood, bark and forest material ahead of distillation and grinding.
Mixing & blending
Motorised stainless-steel mixing tanks for homogenous blends, macerations and liquid formulations.
Drying
Enclosed dryer for moisture control, so raw herbs meet grading and storage specifications year-round.
How it flows
From raw plant to packed product

Intake & sorting
Raw herbs and forest material are received from growers, collectors and forest user groups, then cleaned and sorted.

Size reduction
Wood, bark and stems are chipped; leaves and roots are cut to a uniform size for efficient extraction and milling.

Drying & grading
Material is dried to target moisture and graded, so every batch meets a defined specification before processing.

Distillation / extraction
Steam distillation yields essential oils and hydrosols; jacketed vessels produce concentrated extracts and arka.

Milling & blending
The pulveriser and hammer-mill line produces fine powders; mixing tanks create homogenous blends and formulations.
06
QC, packing & dispatch
Batches are checked, coded, packed to the buyer's format and stored ready for wholesale, retail or export dispatch.
